Our concept is Simple. We offer six choices of meat served on a bed of fried rice with mixed vegetables, onions, zucchini and mushrooms. As an added "simplicity" bonus, we throw in the sales tax and a fortune cookie.

Our concept is Fresh. Each dish is prepared with the freshest ingredients specifically for you. Your items may be modified to better meet your personal tastes or dietary needs. Simply inform our cashiers of your preferences and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our concept is Fast. Your time is valuable. We want to save you time and money by offering free delivery within Amarillo. You may also dine in or carry out to fit your schedule. All of our take-out orders are delivered in the take-out Asian food pails that you see in the movies – it's no wonder we were voted "Best Take-out" by readers of the Amarillo Globe-News in 2006!
ChopChop Japanese Steakhouse is wholly owned by Terry & Associates LLC, a professional business coaching and communications (and now restaurant) company owned by David and Robin Terry. ChopChop was founded by Mr. David Gray. Terry & Associates LLC purchased the company in February 2007.
